Very professional
Leggett was very professional in handling the whole sales process. The text describing the apartment was outstanding, it was selling the dream about living in the south of France. The pictures of the apartment and the film was on the same level. Leggett was also capable of bringing in several international potential buyers and soon found the right buyer. I'm very satisfied!

House sale in Lairole, Ariege
Initially very pleased with Nicholas. But, the house sold and A request came from Nicholas for the buyer to move in before completion. We agreed at 300 euros per month. She was there for 2 months but never paid the 2nd 300 euros.
Her excuse was that "the notaire took too long"! As the request came from Nicholas on her behalf we feel that Leggett's are partly responsible and that as an estate agent he should have drawn up a contract. Why did he not do this?

The service was excellent, prompt responses to all enquiries and any information sought was given in a timely manner. Très bonne agence
Our agent Mathilde was incredible, really effective at selling our house and a fantastic communicator. As the sale progressed she was always on hand to help with questions and with the process. All in all Leggett and Mathilde were amazing.
